In this second session, gain practical experience, tools, and tips in conducting focus groups for community health, including facilitation and next steps following a focus group.
Note: Completion of the Focus Groups 101 session is recommended.

Engagement Level Key
Each training is assigned an engagement level to help participants understand what to expect.
Level 1: Listen & Learn
Participation Style: Passive
Expectations: Attend and absorb information. No speaking or camera required.
Ideal For: Learners refreshing their learning, busy staff, or those exploring the topic.
Level 2: Pause & Participate
Participation Style: Semi-active
Expectations: Use chat, large group activities (i.e. polls or annotation), or live feedback. Camera optional, mic occasionally.
Ideal For: Staff ready to share ideas, learn from one another, dig deeper on a topic, or ask questions.
Level 3: Collaborate & Contribute
Participation Style: Fully active
Expectations: Camera and mic encouraged. Group work, breakout room activities, and co-creation.
Ideal For: Those implementing strategies, learners seeking hands-on experience, ready to share ideas and to practice skills or activities.
