Explore community partnership and collaboration as the foundation of sustainability. This hands-on session supports community groups and emerging collaborators to explore organizational relationships, map community partners, and cultivate structured engagement.
Partner Mapping and Relationship Building
This interactive workshop supports participants in mapping partners and community assets, strengthening trust‑based relationships, and using team strengths to engage more intentionally and sustainably across programs.
On-Demand Technical Assistance
The Regional Community Health Team collaborates with community health organizations to support every stage of their work, from assessment through implementation. The team offers customized technical assistance to support partners in moving ideas into action and achieving shared goals.
Consultation
The team offers tailored support, such as thought partnership and collaboration, in support of community health assessment and planning activities. The team is available to review materials and offer feedback, think through community engagement processes, or support alignment of cross-sector activities.
Action Planning
The team helps community groups set goals and strategies, clarify roles, and establish timelines and measures of success, while ensuring plans are feasible, sustainable, and grounded in community context.
Evaluation Support
The team supports partners in assessing progress and impact through evaluation. This includes support in defining success measures, selecting data collection methods, and using results to inform decision‑making.
Strategic Planning
The team assists organizations and coalitions in developing or clarifying strategies to align with mission and community needs. Support may include visioning, goal setting, resource alignment, partner mapping, and planning for sustained community health improvement.
Facilitation
The team offers skilled facilitation for meetings, workshops, and collaborative sessions. As external collaborators, we support productive spaces that encourage participation, manage group dynamics, and move conversations toward shared understanding and actionable next steps.

Engagement Level Key
Each training is assigned an engagement level to help participants understand what to expect.
Level 1: Listen & Learn
Participation Style: Passive
Expectations: Attend and absorb information. No speaking or camera required.
Ideal For: Learners refreshing their learning, busy staff, or those exploring the topic.
Level 2: Pause & Participate
Participation Style: Semi-active
Expectations: Use chat, large group activities (i.e. polls or annotation), or live feedback. Camera optional, mic occasionally.
Ideal For: Staff ready to share ideas, learn from one another, dig deeper on a topic, or ask questions.
Level 3: Collaborate & Contribute
Participation Style: Fully active
Expectations: Camera and mic encouraged. Group work, breakout room activities, and co-creation.
Ideal For: Those implementing strategies, learners seeking hands-on experience, ready to share ideas and to practice skills or activities.
