Learning to Breathe (L2B) is a mindfulness program tailored for teenagers and young adults, aiming to strengthen their ability to manage emotions, focus, and cope effectively. Participants engage in exercises that encourage being fully present with compassion and openness, which are crucial for navigating the challenges of adolescence.
APPROACH
The program offers flexible options, whether in classrooms, youth groups, or virtual sessions lasting 6, 12, or 18 sessions. This adaptability ensures that L2B can reach and benefit a diverse range of participants in various learning environments. Recognized by Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning (CASEL) for its rigorous adherence to research-based standards in social-emotional learning, L2B stands out as a leading program dedicated to enhancing youth well-being through mindfulness.
