The Center for Patient Partnerships (CPP) is dedicated to empowering patients facing serious illnesses by providing comprehensive advocacy services and training the next generation of patient advocates. For more than 20 years, CPP has supported thousands of patients in navigating complex healthcare systems, ensuring they have the information and resources needed to make informed decisions. CPP offers educational programs that prepare students and professionals to advocate for patient rights and improve healthcare outcomes.
